Nashua Technology Park (NTP) is a 400 acre Master Planned Mixed Use Development Site with over one mile of frontage along Route 3. Conveniently located at Exit 1 off of Route 3 at the MA/NH border, the park and location have become a key component in the growth of numerous leading technology companies including Dell, Intel, Skillsoft, Amphenol, Hewlett-Packard and Benchmark Electronics.
The Nashua Technology Park (NTP) campus consists of over 350,000 S.F. of first-class office buildings and 750,000 S.F. of interconnected, energy-efficient Office/R&D buildings. The mixed-use site plan for NTP includes an additional 1,000,000+ S.F. of R&D space, medical office, a banking facility, hotel pad sites, commercial retail (Tara Commons) and an integrated residential community.

August 20, 2010 - John J. Flatley Co. Announces The NTP Challenge
John J. Flatley, owner of Nashua Technology Park located on the New Hampshire / Massachusetts state line in Nashua, NH, announced the establishment of an innovative competition designed to assist start-up or early development stage companies.
To the winner(s) of the NTP Challenge, Flatley has agreed to provide free rent for one year for up to 5,000 square feet of office and/or lab space at NTP as well as up to $10,000 in fit-up, connectivity and related costs.
